Before You Write

When is beef ready?

Mid to late November 2026. We'll coordinate pickup with you directly once the cattle are at the processor.

How does payment work?

A one-third deposit reserves your share. The remaining balance is based on actual packaged weight and settled at pickup.

Where is pickup?

We bring beef back locally in Pennsylvania from our USDA-certified butcher in Lancaster County. You never coordinate with the processor.
