 When you participate, you purchase your own calf or share. From that moment, it’s yours — we simply manage its day-to-day life on pasture. 

 We supply the land, fencing, water, equipment, and care that make healthy, grass-fed beef possible. Each owner contributes toward these ongoing management and stewardship costs so the program remains sustainable for everyone. 

 When your steer is ready, we coordinate with a trusted local butcher. You pay the processor directly and receive your beef labeled for your freezer.
